Sen. Gardner highlights that Colorado is on the “cutting edge” in the development of renewable technology from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado to the factories across the state that are making wind turbines.

“Energy lights our homes, moves our cars, and powers our manufacturing. For thousands of Coloradans, energy is a career, a livelihood, and a deep passion,” Sen. Gardner says in the video.  Natural resources are the parks and public lands we treasure, the American gas and oil reserves that move us towards energy independence, and the water which grows our food and sustains our communities. Coloradans are used to energy being a part of daily life. We produce the clean natural gas that’s driving so much of our economy while keeping our environment pristine.”
