--- On Tuesday, June 14, the full committee will review preparations for the 2011 wildfire season and the wildfire management programs of the Federal land management agencies.  Witnesses include Tom Tidwell, chief of the Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Kim Thorsen, deputy assistant secretary for law enforcement, security, emergency management and wildland fire at the U.S. Department of the Interior.  (Dirksen 366 at 10:00 a.m.)
--- On Thursday, June 16, the full committee will consider S. 343, a bill regarding the Compact of Free Association between the governments of the United States and the Republic of Palau.  Witnesses include The Honorable Johnson Toribiong, president of the Republic of Palau; Frankie Reed, deputy assistant secretary of the bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, U.S. Department of State; The Honorable Anthony Marion Babauta, assistant secretary for insular areas, U.S. Department of the Interior; The Honorable Robert Scher, deputy assistant secretary of defense for South and Southeast Asia, U.S. Department of Defense; and David B.
