BUSINESS MEETING: To consider pending calendar business and pending nominations

The purpose of this business meeting is to consider the following items:

1.         Nomination of Suzette M. Kimball to be Director of the United States Geological Survey.

2.         Nomination of Estevan R. Lopez to be Commissioner of Reclamation.

3.         Nomination of Monica C. Regalbuto to be an Assistant Secretary of Energy (Environmental Management).

4.         Nomination of Norman C. Bay to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. 

5.         Nomination of Cheryl A. LaFleur to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

6.         S. 1771, a bill to amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to adjust the Crooked River boundary, to provide water certainty for the City of Prineville, Oregon, and for other purposes. 

7.         S. 1800, a bill to require the Secretary of the Interior to submit to Congress a report on the efforts of the Bureau of Reclamation to manage its infrastructure assets. 

8.         S. 1946, a bill to amend the Reclamation Safety of Dams Act of 1978 to modify the authorization of appropriations.

9.         S. 1965, a bill to amend the East Bench Irrigation District Water Contract Extension Act to permit the Secretary of the Interior to extend the contract for certain water services.

10.       S.2010, a bill to amend the Water Conservation and Utilization Act to authorize the development of non-Federal hydropower and issuance of leases of power privileges at projects constructed pursuant to the authority of the Water Conservation and Utilization Act, and for other purposes. 

11.       S.2019, a bill to reauthorize and update certain provisions of the Secure Water Act.

12.       H.R. 1963, an Act to amend the Water Conservation and Utilization Act to authorize the development of non-Federal hydropower and issuance of leases of power privileges at projects constructed pursuant to the authority of the Water Conservation and Utilization Act, and for other purposes.

13.       An original bill to approve the Keystone XL Pipeline.
