Congratulations to the thousands of hard-working, dedicated and skilled employees of the U.S. Department of Energy, which recently celebrated its 30thanniversary.  Chairman Bingaman (and those of us who work for him) appreciate all that these Federal employees and contractors have done over the past three decades to advance the energy security, economic well-being and national defense of our nation.
