Fact of the Day

It will take until the end of the first quarter of 2006 for Gulf of Mexico oil and natural gas production disrupted by hurricanes Katrina and Rita to return to near normal levels, while 98 percent of the Gulf refinery capacity idled by the storms should be back on line by the end of December.
