On Tuesday, July 24, the Full Committee will consider the opportunities for, current level of investment in, and barriers to the expanded use of natural gas as a fuel for transportation.  Witnesses include The Hon. Dave McCurdy, president and CEO, American Gas Association, Washington, DC; Dr. Michael Gallagher, senior advisor, Westport Innovations, Inc., Vancouver, Canada; Reg Modlin, director of regulatory affairs, Chrysler Group, LLC., Auburn Hills, MI; Dr. David Greene, corporate fellow, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, TN; and Paul Cicio, president, Industrial Energy Consumers of America, Washington, DC.  (Dirksen 366 at 10:00 a.m.)

On Wednesday, July 25, the subcommittee on water and power will examine the role of water use efficiency and its impact on energy use.  Witnesses include Henry L.
