In a short business meeting tonight off the Senate floor, the Energy Committee, by a unanimous voice vote, reported the nomination of J. Gregory Copeland to be General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Energy. Copeland’s nomination now is eligible for consideration by the full Senate.
