Natural gas prices peaked to a record high Tuesday, jumping 10 percent to $14.338 per million British thermal units, partially due to cold weather forecasts and increased natural gas shut-in.  Shut-in natural gas production increased slightly to 55.8 percent of daily gas output in the aftermath of Hurricane Wilma.
