FULL COMMITTEE HEARING: to hear testimony on S. 629, S. 630, and Title I, subtitle D of the American Clean Energy Leadership Act of 2009 (Hearing Room SD-366).

The purpose of the hearing will be to hear testimony on three items: S. 629, to improve hydropower, and for other purposes. S. 630, to promote marine and hydrokinetic renewable energy research and development, and for other purposes.Title I, subtitle D of the American Clean Energy Leadership Act of 2009 (S. 1462 from 111th Congress) (Hearing Room SD-366).

The hearing will be webcast live on the Committee’s website, and an archive video will be available shortly after the hearing is complete. Witness testimony will be available on the website at the start of the hearing.
