Business Meeting to Consider Nominations to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission

The business meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 10:00 am in Room 366 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, DC.

The purpose of the business meeting is to consider the nominations of:

• Mr. David Rosner to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2027, vice Richard Glick, term expired;  
• Ms. Lindsay S. See to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2028, vice James P. Danly, term expired;
• Ms. Judy W. Chang to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2029, vice Allison Clements, term expiring.

The business meeting will be webcast live on the committee’s website, and an archived video will be available shortly after the business meeting concludes.
