The purpose of the hearing is to receive testimony on specific energy and water policies and programs that the U.S. Department of Navy is implementing as it pertains to its operations and facilities.

For security reasons, public access to this on-base hearing will be restricted. Reporters who want to attend must be credentialed and must contact the Senate Energy Committee press staff by Thursday, March 8.
